If you are a retired ADA member or a member of a different component, you will be required to pay a $100.00 fee, payable to the Howard County Dental Association. Please mail the check to 505 Anthony Ct, Glen Burnie, MD. 21061.
Registration will close on Friday, November 20th at 10:00 so that we may get a final head count for food and beverage which needs to be ordered. Please do not register unless you plan on attending as each non attendee costs the HCDA approximately $100.00. Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the event. No guests are permitted.
