Please note:
You must be a paid-up member of the HCDA to register for this event and obtain CE credits. If you are not a member, you will be required to pay a $75.00 fee in advance, payable to the: Howard County Dental Association. Please mail the check to 505 Tristam Ct, Pikesville, MD 21208
Registration will close on Friday, October 2nd at 10:00 so that we may get a final head count for food and beverage which needs to be ordered. Please do not register unless you plan on attending.
